DPLA To Partner With Public Libraries
The Digital Public Library of America is working with a grant this year to partner with public libraries across the country that possess special collections in need of digitization. Through a digitization training program, DPLA staff will help public librarians gain the skills they need to make their special collections accessible to a wide range of patrons. The amount of content available on DPLA’s website will also increase, as will the number of partnerships between DPLA and public libraries. Exciting news for accessibility and digitization!!
